We recently exchanged contracts on a 143,000 square foot scheme in Christchurch, Dorset, which will bring over 100 new homes to the area – one of our largest developments to date.
Our anti-social behaviour (ASB) team works closely with the police and other partner agencies to resolve issues of ASB or drug use in our properties.
We worked with the Dorset Waste Partnership at Chapelhay Heights in Weymouth to raise awareness of the importance of recycling and using the right bins to help reduce the amount that goes to landfill.
