Move to Universal Credit

We’ve developed a new service to help working-age people who claim benefits find out if they’d be better off moving onto Universal Credit.

We’ve had some great feedback from customers who have already benefited. Claire* said: “Thank you so much for your support through all of this. Your kind nature, understanding and knowledge through this has been massively helpful and I'm extremely grateful for your support.”

If you are under 65 and claiming housing benefit, while also working full or part time, you could be better off on Universal Credit.
