Our ambitious development programme will see us develop 11,000 new homes over the next seven years. The majority of these will provide a range of home ownership options from open market sale to shared ownership, and the profits generated will be reinvested to support the development of new homes for rent.
We own and manage over 29,000 homes and have a strong track record of maintaining these assets which are worth over £1.4 billion.
Through the Aster Foundation we are committed to giving something back to the communities we impact. Here we bring our corporate social responsibility activities together to draw a distinction between our core business as a developer and landlord, and the discretionary work we choose to do. The Aster Foundation includes improving the life chances for our customers, supporting the communities we work in, making Aster a great place to work, and minimising our impact on the environment.
