Do you need to report an emergency repair?
Our contact centre is open Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm, if you have an emergency repair or issue within your home you need to report outside of these hours then please still call the contact centre on 0333 400 8222 and you’ll be connected with our out of hours service who will be able to help.

Going away over the festive period?
If you’re planning a trip away or will be away visiting family and friends over Christmas it’s important you take a few quick and simple steps to keep your home as safe as possible.
