Repairs allowance available via MyAster
As our customer in a new shared ownership model property, we’d like to inform you that we have introduced a new process within our customer portal, MyAster.
If you require further information or would like to request reimbursement for a particular repair at your property that is included in the criteria, you can now do this on MyAster. If you navigate to the ‘My Home’ page, find ‘Make a home ownership enquiry’ and the Repairs Allowance option will be available there.
