New homes in Plymstock

Construction has started at our new development in Horn Lane, Plymstock.

Called The Rowans, the site will see 28 new homes offered for sale and rent by the end of the summer. 

Twelve properties will be available for shared ownership and 14 sold on the open market, while two specially-designed flats for wheelchair users will be offered under affordable rent. 

Shared ownership allows you to buy a share in your own home and pay rent on the share that you don't own.
