What is Connected Living - Secure?
It's a secure metal device to enable you to store a spare set of door keys. Your friends, family, carers and emergency services can access the key safe to use the keys to visit you.
The key safe will be programmed with a code of your choice and you choose who has the code. We hold the code on our confidential records for the emergency services only should they need to gain urgent access to help you.
How much does it cost?
£65.60 including VAT
Free installation if installed with another Connected Living service.
If purchased separately, installation will be £36 inc vat.
Accredited and audited by the Telecare Services Association (TSA).

We will fit the keysafe as soon as we can.
We would need to know any codes or passwords to access the building and provided authorisation is given by the landlord or management company, we call install a keysafe outside your front door.
You will need to obtain permission from your landlord to have a key safe fitted.
Just give us a call and we can either talk you through how to change it, or for a small charge we can come and change it for you. Remember if you do change your code, and you have another service with us, you must inform the monitoring centre straight away. If we visit you, we will do this for you.
We only use the best and most secure key safes on the market. You will need to contact your insurance company to check.
