Connected Living - Return Home is a monitored home alarm unit and pendant that at a press of a button will notify our monitoring centre when you need help.

How does it work?

  • Step 1 - Press the button on the unit or pendant to call our specialist team 
  • Step 2 - We are on hand straightaway. We will listen to your needs and will call your nominated contact, carer or emergency service dependent on the situation

Frequently asked questions

You’ll qualify if you have a disability or a long term illness.

The alarm plugs into your phone line and electricity supply. You can then call for help by pressing your wearable pendant or the button on the alarm unit.

The call handler will know something has happened and call your contacts or the emergency services.

We’ll install urgent alarms within two working days and the rest in five working days.

You will need to have a working phone line and an electricity supply near by.

Yes you can. We have several alternative devices that can alert you by either flashing lights or by vibrating. These devices can be worn around the wrist, on your belt or can be put on your table/shelf or fixed to the wall. 

Yes you can.  The charges will be set up automatically once the four weeks are over.

You will be charged the standard monthly rate for the Connected Living – At home package.  There are no hidden charges as the installation/registration were free.

No problem at all.  Give us a call and we can talk to you about anything we can help you with and we will send you pre-paid jiffy bag so you can send the equipment back to us free of charge.
