Simple and Easy

Connected Living - Confidence is multi-purpose and consists of three items:

  • At Home alarm unit with pendant
  • Monitored fall detector*
  • Monitored occupancy sensor for beds or chairs

Have the confidence to stay active and happy in your own home.

Day or night, the fall detector can identify falls in the home and raise an alarm. Our bed and chair sensor is a pressure pad which monitors occupancy.  If you leave your bed or chair and do not return within a specified time,  the sensor automatically raises an alarm to the monitoring centre who will check on your safety.

*Some falls (i.e. soft falls, controlled descent against a wall or into a chair or falling from a bed/chair) may not be detected by the fall detector. Fall detection technologies that underpin these solutions do not analyse/interpret all situations. Users experiencing a fall which doesn’t result in the falls detector should press the help button to manually raise an alarm call, therefore 100% guarantee cannot be given.
