Last year, we helped over 40 people to unlock funding that they weren’t aware they were eligible for, collectively releasing over £11,000 to help with things like replacement boilers and radiators. 

Following a referral by our help from home service and together with energy provider SSE and the National Gas Safety Hardship Fund, we helped one of our care and support customers to claim over £3,500 to replace her central heating system.
