Two new directorates have been formed – Growth & Assurance and People& Transformation. Growth & Assurance will have responsibility for driving the Group’s ambitious growth strategy, with a focus on partnerships with other organisations. It will also ensure the business continues to operate effectively. People & Transformation will ensure Aster has the strategic focus, as well as the tools required, to implement change, unlock efficiencies and support new ways of working, which will have a positive impact on its customers and employees.
