Your service charge payments

A service charge is a payment made to cover the cost of providing and maintaining services such as communal repairs, maintenance, improvements, insurance and management costs in and around your home.

Over the last year we’ve adapted to the restrictions in place due to the pandemic and we’re pleased to have been able to maintain the majority of our services to you during this time.

You’ll receive a service charge statement in August for the financial year 1 April 2020 – 31 March 2021; the statement will compare what you paid during that period against what it cost to deliver these services to you. This might mean that you’ll need to pay us a bit more or that we have to pay you some money back.
