We've built more homes than ever before

We built a record 939 new homes in 2017/18. 

Last year saw us expand our geography further east into Surrey and continue our expansion into Oxfordshire. 

We are one of the UK’s leading housing associations for building new homes, with trade title Inside Housing listing us as one of the top 10 house builders based on our 2016 figures. 

We have a number of schemes in the pipeline including; Bargates, Christchurch, Hambleton Avenue in Devizes and with others planned in Basingstoke, Sherborne and Street in Somerset.

Once completed, these are set to bring more than 200 new homes to our communities.
