We’re bringing over 100 new homes to Dorset

We recently exchanged contracts on a 143,000 square foot scheme in Christchurch, Dorset, which will bring over 100 new homes to the area – one of our largest developments to date.

The new homes will be a mix of one- and two-bedroom flats as well as two- and three-bedroom houses, which will be offered as a mixture of affordable rent, shared ownership and open-market sale properties.

Following consultation with residents and business owners in the area we’ll be submitting our planning application to the council in Spring.
