We’re backing Service with Respect

Everyone deserves to be treated with respect while doing their job, so we’re supporting the Institute of Customer Service, Service with Respect campaign to make sure our front line colleagues and customers can work safely in our communities.

According to research, more than half of people in customer facing roles have experienced abuse during the pandemic. Over 70% of respondents also believe people in customer service roles now have more responsibilities, like making sure social distancing is followed.

We’re proud to back the campaign on behalf of our front line colleagues and all our customers who work on the front line.
