Visiting our offices has changed

Like many businesses, we closed our offices to visitors in March 2020 as a result of the pandemic, and since then we’ve all found new ways to keep in touch. Instead of visiting us, lots of customers now use our MyAster portal, the contact centre, the post office or local pay points.

We’ve seen that virtual appointments are a really successful way for us to keep in touch, so we’ll continue to offer virtual meetings if you’d like to speak to someone from our team , but if you need to meet a colleague face to face, all you need to do is call the Contact Centre on 0333 400 8222 or email the team on contactcentre@aster.co.uk.

For now our Wareham hub will remain closed and our Weymouth hub is moving but you don’t even need to come to us if you don’t want to, our colleagues are happy to meet you at a suitable location which might be at your home, in a public area nearby, a local shared office space or one of our regional hub offices.

These changes mean that you can meet the right member of our team, at a time and place that suits you.
