Rogue traders

It is important to us that we keep our customers safe which is why an Aster employee will always wear identification and will present this to you when visiting your home. In the unlikely event that they don’t, they will be able to show their identification to you when asked and you should not let them into your home if they don’t.

If anyone claiming to work for Aster visits your home and asks for money in exchange for their maintenance services and does not present legitimate identification, it is vital that you do not let them onto your property. If this does happen please report this to the police and us immediately.
