Our Contact Centre opening hours will change over the festive period:

Friday 24 December – 8am- 2pm

Saturday 25 to Tuesday 28 December – closed

Wednesday 29, Thursday 30 and Friday 31 December – 8am- 3pm

Saturday 1 to Monday 3 January – closed

To report an emergency repair please call 0333 400 8222 to be transferred to our out of hours service.
