New Chairman announced

We’re delighted to announce we've appointed former housing ombudsman Dr Mike Biles as our new non-executive chairman.

Dr Biles, who served as the sector’s ombudsman for 13 years until 2014 and has been one of our non-executive members for four years, will succeed Andrew Jackson who will be stepping down from Tuesday 1 October following four years in the role.

Since last year Mike has also served as senior independent director having previously chaired the group audit committee.
