Marking Service with Respect
We’ve recently joined the Service with Respect campaign to make sure that all customer service workers, whether our people or our customers in front line roles, are treated with respect while doing their job.
According to recent research, more than half of people in customer facing roles have experienced abuse from customers during the pandemic. Over 70% of respondents also believe people in customer service roles now have more responsibilities, like making sure social distancing is followed.
