Making your voice heard

Your thoughts and opinions play a vital role in helping us to shape the services we provide. We’re committed to making sure you have your say about how we carry out the services that matter to you.

As part of our membership to the Institute of Customer Service, we want to make sure that the work we do reflects the views of our customers, and we’d encourage you to complete the Institute’s annual survey about customer service in April.

During April you might receive an email with a link to the survey, if you do please complete the short survey so that your voice can be heard.
