Have you received a bogus letter?

We’ve recently had reports of a number of customers receiving bogus letters from a company claiming to act on behalf of the Energy Company Obligation (ECO), a government energy efficiency scheme.

The letter urges householders to register for ‘new free funding’ up to £8,000 to help improve the energy efficiency of their home.

It offers items including free boiler replacement, solar installation, draught proofing, doors, double glazing and underfloor installation.

These letters aren’t from a genuine company so please ignore them.  If you’d like more information, call our contact centre on 0333 400 8222.
