Connected Living service praised for service

Our Connected Living service helps people stay living independently in their homes for longer, providing monitored home alarm solutions and GPD locators for when enjoying the outdoors.

The team were recently praised by the Telecare Services Association (TSA) auditors after a very successful audit to review its Quality Standards Framework (QSF) certification and demonstrated compliance with all the QSF outcomes.  The auditor also reported that Connected Living provide excellent examples of good practice and comprehensive documents setting out all aspects of their customer journey.
