Changes to your service charges

Service charges cover the cost of providing and maintaining services like communal repairs and grounds maintenance in and around your home.

Service charges are variable, which means that they can go up and down depending on how much the service has cost throughout the year.

We’ve had to adapt to the restrictions put in place by government again this year due to the pandemic, but we’re pleased to have been able to maintain most of our services to you during this time.

If you pay a service charge for your gas and electricity, you will see an increase, as energy prices are expected to continue to rise. As a guide, some customers that pay for this service can expect see their payment increase by around £2.80 a month, however this will vary from home to home. We're currently looking at our energy providers to make sure we're getting the best deal for you.

Later this month we’ll write to you to let you know how much your service charges will be for the next year.
