We are looking for new members for our Customer Scrutiny Panel (CSP) who provide an independent and objective assessment of our services and business processes from a customer perspective.
The CSP provides recommendations for change in its scrutiny reports which so far have included former tenant arrears, the right to buy process and responsive repairs.
