Adapting our services during COVID-19

As we’ve all adapted to living differently due to the pandemic, we’ve also changed the way we provide our services to help keep both you and our colleagues safe.

You might have noticed that we’ve changed the way we carry out block inspections, using increased Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following strict social distancing guidelines at all times.

If we need to talk to you about your home, we’ve moved our face to face meetings online and have been using platforms such as Zoom to hold these important meetings over the last year.

If you need to speak to us you can continue to do so in a range of ways, including calling our Contact Centre on 0333 400 8222, and through our online portal and app MyAster.
