Working in the People & Transformation team, we are responsible for driving change that’s going to have a positive impact right across the business. From developing an engaging and empowering culture to transforming our digital offer, we are well-placed to help unlock new ways of working that positively impact our customers and colleagues.
This is a new department which has brought colleagues with different specialisms across communications, IT, HR and organisational development together. Within the directorate there are three core teams: communications, IT and people. There are also five workstreams: projects, talent acquisition, employee experience, research & innovation and learning, which have been designed to provide opportunities for colleagues to work in a collaborative way.
We need passionate and forward thinking people who will work closely with the senior People & Transformation team and colleagues across the business to collectively drive these areas forward. As we’re sure you’re aware change doesn’t happen overnight or come easily, so anyone joining our team needs to bring energy, determination, resilience and fun to what they do.
