So we took some time out of our busy diary and interviewed our Assistant Development Director of Sales and Marketing, Amy Nettleton.
How did you get into housing?
I started as a trainee chartered surveyor into the world of property in Leicester, and quickly realised commercial sheds wasn’t for me! I then landed my first trainee sales negotiator post in an estate agency and fell in love with all things associated with selling homes. I worked my way up and managed the city centre branch which was my biggest learning curve by far! I then made the switch to social housing setting up a brand new sales function and, well we could say the rest is history and here we are! I am a fully fledged property geek!

What is one thing on your bucket list?
To make a difference to the homeless crisis this country find itself in.
What was your favourite toy as a kid?
No contest – Piddy Panda – and erm what do you mean - 'as a kid!’

Im totes emosh - now you all know!

Nope – phobia free
What song do you love to dance to?
Ill dance to anything, even in the car – driving dancing is a skill! Although Never Forget by Take That always brings me and my 14 girlfriends together when we are lucky enough to be with each other!

What’s your biggest pet peeve?
Lack of manners – as my mum told me – they cost nothing – be nice, and say please and thanks!

Yep – nothing crazy just work stuff!
If you could have a drink with someone from history who would it be?
What’s your favourite form of exercise?
Running- ok – jogging! and HIITS!
If you could have any one superpower, which would you choose?
Invisibility – jeez id love to be a fly on the wall at LOTS of things!
If you could live in any other country for 2 years where would you go?
Italy – great food, wine and weather!
Who would play you in the movie adaptation of your life?
Drew Barrymore – she could be my double as a youngster – ET times!
If you could choose an age to remain forever, which age would you choose?
Now Is pretty good – 35 – old enough to have learnt a few things, but still young enough to be a little niave and excited about what’s to come!
What do you think you will be doing 20 years from now?
Still in housing and tweeting about #piddy from the Houses of Parliament!
If you could only take one physical item with you on a deserted island, what it would be?
My phone (providing they have wifi!)

A politician that delivered!
