National Customer Service Week 2025

This month, we’ve been celebrating the people, ideas and stories that make great service happen – and you’ve been right at the heart of it.

From repairs and digital tools to the power of respect and communication, each day during National Customer Services Week in early October we explored a different theme based on what matters most to our customers. Whether it’s making MyAster easier to use, responding faster to enquiries, or simplifying the way we communicate, your feedback is helping us shape better services.

We know great service doesn’t come from one department or one moment – it’s something we build together, every day. That’s why listening to your views and involving you in shaping services is so important to us. We’ve got lots of opportunities to share your feedback, whether it’s about MyAster (link to story), joining our Meet the Housing Ombudsman event (link) or even joining our Customer Voice Committee (link) there’s plenty of ways to have your say.
