We’re proud to be part of the Service with Respect campaign to make sure that all customer service workers are treated with respect while doing their job.
We’re all human, and when you contact us, our advisors are all there to give you the best service they can.
We know that your home is important to you, and when we visit, we’ll always treat you and your belongings with respect. We ask that you treat us the same way in return.
No one should suffer abuse of any kind while carrying out their role. We will not tolerate any abusive behaviour towards our people.
We have a zero tolerance policy for:
- Abusive and derogatory language
- Sexual harassment
- Threats of violence.
For any customers who do not respect this, we can:
- End your call
- Stop any repair or visit that we’re carrying out to your home and leave
- Only communicate with you via writing
- Report serious threats to the police.
