You’re invited - Meet the Housing ombudsman

At the end of November Aster will be hosting an event for our customers to meet the Housing Ombudsman and find out more about the services they provide.

The Housing Ombudsman Service is an independent, impartial, and free service for social housing customers. Their mission is to improve landlords’ services and customers’ lives through housing complaints. 

The session is all about the Housing Ombudsman approach to improving outcomes for customers, however, will not be able to answer questions about specific complaints or unique issues during the session. To ensure as many customers as possible can attend, this meeting will be online via Teams.
