We’re committed to giving every candidate an outstanding experience from first click to first day. Our process is straightforward and built to help you shine. Here’s how it works:
Discover and Apply
We list all open positions on Indeed, LinkedIn, and our Aster Careers site. To apply, simply upload your CV and share a few basic details about yourself.
Thoughtful Shortlisting
After the vacancy closes, our hiring panel carefully reviews each submission. If your profile fits, we’ll reach out to arrange an interview. If we don’t think you’re the right match this time, we’ll be in touch to let you know.
Interview Stage
We carry out interviews via video calls and in person, depending on what works best for you and the hiring team. During our conversation, we’ll explore:

Your relevant experience and strengths

How you tackle challenges and work with others

Any practical tasks or assessments for specific roles
We aim to make this a two-way conversation so you can learn about us, too.
Selecting a successful candidate
Once interviews wrap up, we identify the candidate who aligns best with the role and our culture. If you’re successful, we’ll call you with a verbal offer and follow up with a conditional offer letter outlining the next steps. If you’re not successful, we’ll let you know and share any feedback to help you understand our decision.
Pre-Employment Checks
To finalise your appointment, we carry out:

Right to Work verification

References from previous employers and/or a character reference

A brief health assessment

A DBS check for roles that require it
We’ll keep you informed throughout this stage.
Final Confirmation and welcome
When all checks are complete, we’ll agree on your start date and send you a contract. On your first day, you’ll join our induction programme, meet your new colleagues, and receive all the tools you need to feel at home.
