In Andover, Hampshire, Enham offers both in-home care and two care homes (36 individual flats). Our Coopers Chase Transitional Service sits at the heart of what we do—helping people build confidence and life skills as they move toward greater independence.
Recruitment, Training and Qualifications
We hire for values as much as for experience. Every Care role requires the Care Certificate, and Aster fully funds any training you might need. If you’re new to care, you’ll learn on the job while you:

Work toward completing the Care Certificate within your first six months

Access further qualifications and career-development programmes

Follow a clear progression path—many colleagues advance to Care Team Leader or Care Home Manager

Supported Employment
Through our Supported Employment programme, we open doors for people who’ve faced barriers to work. Over a 12-month placement, you’ll receive one-to-one coaching to:

Build skills and confidence in real-world roles—café barista, gardening, office administration or warehouse support

Gain paid work experience

Achieve Maths and English qualifications
Many participants move into permanent roles after completing the programme.
