Applying for a role with us? Here are some handy frequently asked questions.
We usually advertise our jobs for two weeks, then shortlisting and interviews take place, so it could be four – six weeks from your application to the outcome.
We usually offer virtual interviews for desk-based jobs; however, some jobs will need to be done in person, especially those that include work-based assessments.

Please log into your IRIS candidate portal and click on the “Help Hub” for guidance or complete an enquiry form at “Contact Support” for help with your account. They will be more than happy to help.

Don’t worry, the confirmation email is probably on its way, or it has found its way into your junk folder. Check in there and if you don’t have received anything after 24 hours, pop us an email and we can take a look for you.
Unfortunately if you’re pre-employment check aren’t completed successfully, we will need to withdraw your conditional offer.

Great news. You’ll get a call from the team to talk you through next steps. Get your right to work documents ready - we are going to ask you to send us a copy via email as a first step.
Yes, we provide feedback to all candidates that attend an interview so they can understand what to do differently next time.
If you are not selected for interview though, we can’t offer feedback. We have a large response to our adverts, so do not have the capacity to provide feedback following an application.
We typically advertise our trade apprenticeships around April time and any other apprenticeship opportunities across the year, so keep an eye on our careers page for any opportunities that take your fancy.
