Regularly benchmarked salaries

We benchmark our salaries every three years to make sure you’re rewarded fairly for the work you do. Where budgets allow, we aim to offer a pay increase each year.

Pension contributions

Depending on how much you contribute to your pension, Aster will pay up to 10% of your salary in pension contributions.
