How you have helped us shape the 2024/25 Customer Annual Report

Our latest Customer Annual Report highlights what we’ve achieved for customers during the 2024/25 financial year and has been created based on the invaluable feedback customers shave shared. Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their thoughts and feedback.

Co-design in action

Over 300 customers shared their views with us, and here’s a snapshot of what was said, and what we did:

  • You told us you liked the clear links, bright colours, and simple, jargon-free language. One customer told us:“It was clear when additional information could be accessed. The end of sections navigated easily to the top of the next section, so I didn't get lost.” 
  • Customers told us you’d like more information about shared ownership, mutual exchanges and tenancy fraud. As a result, this year, we’ve included specific information about these topics throughout the report
  • You said you’d like the report to be easier to read and include a clearer explanation of our future plans, based on how we’re currently performing. We’ve halved the number of words in the report as a result, but it’s still packed with real, practical examples of the work we’ve done across our communities, and what improvements we’re hoping to make next
  • Customers told us they enjoyed when we share real-life case studies, who bring the report to life and make it more relatable to their own living situations, so we’ve included plenty of these in the 2024/25 report
  • We’ve included more focus on the key topics that matter most to our customers too, such as repairs and maintenance
  • We’ve improved the layout so it’s easier to find what you need, especially if you’re reading on a mobile phone or tablet, which we know many customers do.

A look ahead

We’re already looking ahead to next year’s report. While we’ve made lots of changes based on what customers have told us, we know there’s always room to improve.
