Customers join Customer Voice Committee
Following a large number of applications to join our Customer Voice Committee, we’d like to confirm that two new members have now joined as Chair and Member.
Thank you to everyone who applied and showed an interest in helping shape how we deliver our customer services.
Throughout the year, the Customer Voice Committee will:
- Scrutinise and challenge our performance
- Review how services are delivered and the outcomes for customers
- Influence key decisions that affect homes, neighbourhoods and communities
- Champion customer voice and ensure lived experience informs our approach.
