In line with new government legislation, we've introduced a dedicated section on our website to make it easier for you to access information about how we work and the services we provide.

The Social Tenants Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) aim to improve transparency and give customers greater access to information about how decisions are made, how money is spent, how we manage our homes and how we're performing.
