An update about COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused several challenges and we’d like to thank you for your patience as we continue to work through our backlog of routine repairs. To ensure we’re doing all we can, we’ve set up a dedicated project group to reduce any overdue scheduled repairs in our customers’ homes.

Our teams have made an excellent start and we’re hoping to achieve pre-pandemic levels by August. Alongside this work, we’re also continuing to carry out kitchen and bathroom and boiler replacements as part of our ongoing planned programme.

Now that government rules have relaxed, we want to make sure everyone feels comfortable when we visit you at home.

During all appointments, we’ll continue to maintain social distancing where possible, we will keep spaces well ventilated by keeping windows open and we will clean down all areas we use in your home.

Although it’s no longer a legal requirement to wear a face mask, please continue to wear one if you feel more comfortable when we visit you at home. If you would like our colleagues to wear a face covering while in your home, please ask them to do so when they visit.   

Please be reassured that you don’t need to do anything if you’ve reported a repair to us. We’ll be in touch when we’ve arranged a date for this work to take place. We do however ask that if you or a family member are self-isolating or have COVID-19 symptoms please contact us on 0333 400 8222 to re-arrange any booked appointments.
