Recently, one of our customers worked with Steph from Pocket Power to review and simplify his bills. Here’s how she helped:

• Our customer was juggling two energy providers - paying EDF for electricity (on a prepayment meter) and E.ON monthly for gas. Steph helped them switch both services to E.ON, making it easier to manage with one provider and planning a move to credit payments for more flexibility.
• Our customer was paying £39.50 a month for a BT package. Steph helped him switch to the BT Home Essentials plan, which is designed for people on low incomes and includes landline service - saving money without losing key services.
