We want to make managing your home simple and easy. You should have now received your service charge statement through the post to keep you informed about any changes to your account.

If something doesn’t seem right
You should receive your letter over the next few weeks. Within your letter, please check that the services you’re receiving are all included. If you spot something that doesn’t seem right, like a service you don’t receive, please let us know.
Our team will make any corrections needed so that you pay the correct amount.
