Your annual service charge statement

We want to make managing your home simple and easy. Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be sending out your service charge statement to keep you informed about any changes to your account.

Just under 30,000 customers pay service charges for things like grounds maintenance, communal cleaning and building insurance. 

Your service charge statement runs through all you need to know about the services we provided you over the past 12 months, and how much these cost.

If something doesn’t seem right

When you receive your statement, please check that the services you’re receiving are all included. If you spot something that doesn’t seem right, such as a service you don’t receive, please let us know.

Our team will make any corrections needed so that you pay the correct amount.
