Take part and update your details

It’s important to us that we understand who our customers are and whether any of your circumstances change. 

We are asking our customers to review and update the details we hold for you, including things like who lives with you in your home, employment status and health and support information.

This information will help us to shape our services, ensure they are inclusive and most importantly are best placed to meet the diverse needs of all our customers.

It’s simple to do, all you need to do is login to the MyAster portal by clicking here and you’ll be directed to the page to update your details. It only takes a few minutes.

This form was created with the input and feedback from customers to make sure it’s as quick and easy as possible to use. We’ve received some good feedback including “it was very easy to find and amend my household members”, “everything was very clear” and “the process was easy and only took a few minutes.”
