Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey: share your thoughts and help us improve our services

Your thoughts and opinions play a vital role in helping us to shape the services we provide. You may soon receive a survey asking for your thoughts and comments about how we deliver our services to you.

The survey has been created by the Regulator for Social Housing, which oversees all landlords like us and the services we provide you. The regulator is collecting the views of social housing customers through this short survey, as part of its new Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM).

The survey will be sent to a selection of social housing customers from all housing associations in England over the next year to gather feedback. The TSM results will reveal how satisfied you and other customers are with your homes, neighbourhoods and customer services.

The regulator wants to provide you and other social housing tenants with clearer information about how landlords are performing. The regulator will also share their findings with us so that we can improve our services.
