Our governance and viability ratings

We’ve been assessed by the Regulator of Social Housing, which has confirmed that we’ve kept our top governance and viability ratings.

Known as G1/V1 ratings, we’ve kept this top rating after having an in-depth assessment that looked at the way the business is run and confirmed that our governance is effective.
