Even though we always try to make sure that we give you a modern, reliable customer service, we know that we don’t always get things right.

When issues happen, we have a quick and easy to use complaints route so you can let us know about a service that hasn’t met your expectations. From there, we’ll look at what happened, try to find a solution to your complaint and make changes to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

We’ll use every opportunity to learn how we can improve our services so we’re doing all we can to support you at home.
