Meet Luis, your Housing Officer at Silverton

Housing Officers are on hand to help you with everything from tenancy queries and repairs to health and safety concerns and neighbourhood issues.

Luis has worked at Aster for three years and is the Housing Officer supporting customers at Silverton, our new development of homes in London. His role is all about helping residents feel safe, supported and settled in their homes.

No two days are ever the same. Luis might be welcoming new customers to the building, carrying out health and safety inspections, helping to resolve neighbour disputes or supporting residents with tenancy-related queries.

As Housing Officer, he acts as a key link between customers and us, helping them access the services and support they need. Whether it's a question about rent, reporting a repair or seeking advice on a tenancy matter, Luis is there to help.

Building positive relationships with customers is one of the aspects of the role Luis enjoys most.

"I like customers to know that they can approach me and have a conversation. Being able to help people and support them when they need it is one of the most rewarding parts of the job."

While the role can be busy and varied, Luis says having a supportive team around him helps him provide the best possible service to customers.

During his three years at Aster, Luis has supported a number of communities across the business. Being chosen to work with residents at Silverton is something he is particularly proud of.

"Silverton is a lovely building and I'm really pleased to have the opportunity to support the customers who live here. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone and helping make it a great place to live."
