Let us know your view on our service

Your thoughts and opinions play a vital role in helping us to shape the services we provide. We know that we don’t get everything right, and we really want to improve our services based directly on your feedback. It’s crucial therefore for us to learn and understand more about what we can do better.

We’ll soon be sending out a survey to around 4,000 randomly selected customers across Aster Group (including C&C residents), in order to hear your thoughts on how we’re doing.

These customers will receive an email in October with a link to a brief survey, sent from ukcsi@leadershipfactor.com. If you receive the survey, please do take just a few minutes to complete it so that your voice can be heard. We want to capture as many customer voices as possible.

This survey is being carried out by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS), an independent professional customer service body. What you tell us will improve the way we support you and show how our customer services compare to other organisations. Thank you in advance for taking the time to fill out the survey, which can be filled in anonymously. 

While this particular survey won’t reach all customers, there are many ways in which we want to hear from our customers in order to improve our services, with our involved customer groups regularly providing feedback for us to act on.
