Introducing The Silverton: meet our customers

We’ve reached an important milestone at The Silverton in Silvertown, East London. After months of construction, the first customers are settling in and making these new spaces their own. Designed to be genuinely affordable, the 62 homes support people to live well within a thriving, fast growing part of East London 

Customers have shared a closer look at their homes, their community and their journey to moving in. We hope you enjoy seeing the difference these new homes are already making.

These homes have been part funded by the Greater London Authority – Homes for Londoners: Affordable Homes Programme, helping us provide high quality homes at prices local people can afford.
