How we’re doing – April to June 2026
We regularly share our performance with you so you can see how we're doing, where we're meeting our targets and where we still have work to do.
Between April and June, we successfully resolved 96.05% of anti-social behaviour (ASB) issues, close to our target of 98%. We know how important it is that ASB concerns are taken seriously and dealt with effectively, and we'll continue working to improve in this area.
There was positive performance in the time taken to complete non-emergency repairs. On average, these repairs were completed in 23.1 days, within our target of 28 days.
There are also areas where we know we need to do better. 79.4% of repairs were fixed on our first visit, compared with our target of more than 85%.
What you're telling us
Alongside these performance figures, throughout the year we carry out a Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) survey with our customers. All housing providers are asked to do this by the Regulator of Social Housing, and your feedback helps us understand how you feel about our services and where we need to improve.
Our latest results cover the year up to the end of June 2026. Overall, the feedback we've received this year is broadly similar to last year and, in general, customers tell us we're performing better than the wider housing sector average.
For example, 79.9% of you said you were satisfied with Aster overall, compared with a sector average of 71.8%. 82.5% were satisfied with our overall repairs service, compared with 73.6% of social housing customers across all providers.
You can view our full Tenant Satisfaction Measures results to find out more about what customers are telling us and how our results compare with the wider sector.
These figures, alongside the feedback you give us, help us understand what's working well and where we need to focus our attention. We'll continue to monitor our performance, listen to your feedback and work on the areas where we're not yet meeting the standards we've set.
